Instructions for this internal journey are simple and few, but often difficult to implement until practiced thoroughly
     • Calm and still your mind. This is essential for the inward journey.
     • Call quietly to the Holy Spirit to come and abide within you and asking that He would open your mind to the Truths of God.
     • Wait patiently singing or humming quietly a few tones of expectant joy. It is ok to sing out of tune, God is listening to your Heart.
     • Start reading a Heart Note slowly and ponder one or a part of one. Allow your mind to recall hidden and forgotten knowledge already formed within you.
